Manual firing system

The SA-1 & SA-45 boxes can be used without the radio system by making use of our manual firing unit and splitter units.

The advantage over conventional systems is that the connection is by standard 4-core cable. This makes it easier to handle than the traditional multicore cable used by other systems and, because our boxes are self-powered, also avoids the limitations of length. If required 2 of our SA-1 or SA-45 boxes can be linked to form a multi cue system; in turn groups of these can then be added together to control your whole show.

Each button-press on the firing unit advances each SA-1 or SA-45 box's logic controller and fires the next cue. The firing unit then displays the next cue number to be fired so that the operator knows exactly where they are in the show. In addition the unit has a timing clock that will start running on the instigation of the first cue, thus doing away with the need for a separate stopwatch.
